Robert Allen is a veteran musician and dynamic facilitator with over 35 years of global experience. Originally from the UK and now based in New York, Rob holds a degree in music from Leeds University, where he also studied community music — laying the foundation for a career that blends performance with social impact.

Rob brings his passion for rhythm and connection to his role as Lead Facilitator at Impact Group Drumming. Drawing on his rich musical background, he creates engaging, collaborative drumming experiences that foster team-building, creativity, and personal growth in organizations and communities around the world.

As a touring musician, Rob has performed in over 30 countries and co-produced two studio albums with the internationally acclaimed band Augustines. He has played iconic festivals like Coachella and Bonnaroo, and made appearances on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and The Late Show with David Letterman.
